Isolating transformer conform to IEC/EN 60076 VDE 0532 to transform the medium voltage 6 kV or 10 kV to 0,4 kV using the vector group Dyn11
|

Description
|
|
|
Three-phase transformer, built as an isolation transformer conform to EN 61558-2-4, prepared for protection index I. Basically this type size can be built in any vector group. If there is no vector group given, we use Dyn5 as default (star point can have full load from the outside conductor).
Please consider the difference between outside conductor voltage and phase voltage to star point at the different vector groups.
The position of installation needs to chosen properly, a natural convection through the cooling channels has to be possible.
For a safe and easy transport, the transformers have crane hooks at the upper side.
Tauscher cast resin transformers need less space than comparable oil transformers. The transformers work without maintenance, they are flame-retardant and self-extinguishing. The insulation of the coils is made of environmental friendly polyurethane or epoxy cast resin.
