Fields of application


Isolating transformer conform to IEC/EN 61558-2-4 for general purpose, e.g. as safe isolation for devices according to the requirements of VDE 0700 / EN 60335, or as net distribution transformer for TN-net systems. Suitable for potential free nets, test systems and as power-ratio transformer.


Description


Three-phase transformer in a housing IP 23, built as an isolation transformer conform to EN 61558-2-4. Basically this type size can be built in any vector group. If there is no vector group given, we use Dyn5 as default (star point can have full load from the outside conductor).
Please consider the difference between outside conductor voltage and phase voltage to star point at the different vector groups.
The housings are prepared for floor mounting. As cable bushing we use PG cable glands.
For a safe and easy transport, the transformers have crane hooks at the upper side. The used block terminals are shock proof conform to VBG4. A vacuum varnishing makes a low hum-noise possible.
