Fields of application
|
|
Isolating transformer conform to VDE0532 part 726 for general purpose, e.g. for safe isolation for devices conform to VDE0700/EN60335, or as a distribution transformer to build up TN-netsystems. Useable for potential free net, for test systems or as power-ratio transformers..

Description
|
|
Three-phse transformers, built as an isolation transformer conform to DIN VDE0532 part 726, prepared for safety class I. It is possible to build each transformer in this family in each vector group. If no vector group is mentioned, we use group Dyn5 (star point can have full load from outside conductor). Please have a look at the difference between outside conductor voltage (voltage phase to phase) and voltage phase to star point at the different vector groups. The mounting must be done in a way that allows a convection through the cooling channels. For safe transportation the transformers have crane hooks at the upper side. With our impregnation under vacuum the transformers have a very low hum-noise.

Advantages
|
|
- Best environmental point balance: energy consumption for construction and for operation are minimal
- part load optimised
- low stand-by losses
- quick “return of investment”
- no current inrush (as an option)
- fusing with rated current is possible (as an option)
- optimised core and winding geometry
- full load and overload secure due to temperature monitoring
- small and light weight due to optimal magnetic flux
- weight and volume reduction due to optimal deheating
- environmental friendly due to avoiding unnecessary material
- environmental friendly due to reduction of permanent losses
