For the 100% testing, we have 2 fully automatic transformers-test-systems and one automatic inductor test system.

• high-voltage with source and sense reference cable
• current, e.g. primary current, voltage primary and secondary insulation-measuring, winding-resistance
• protective-wire test, phase position
• interturn short cirquit test
• automatic contact with air pressure
• inductance, measured with a Wayne-Kerr test appliance
• documentation of all test-results with date, time and number on the PC

A fully automatic partial discharge test system from
min. 2,5 pC up to max. 70 kV AC

We are certified from VDE Testing and Certification Institute Offenbach.

We also have approvals from:
VDE, SEV, IEC, EZU and CENELEC
