Our new vacuum potting machine: for best casting, the inductive components are dried, extracted from gas, moulded in vacuum and hardened with high temperature in a storage oven. The process is running fully automatic.
The transformers are automatically impregnated in vacuum and hardened in a large oven over night. The impregnation with lacquer for electronic parts fills out all air gaps of the components and increases the electrical strength and the lifetime
