Description
|
|
Reactor with capacitor for sine wave creation of the output current of a frequency drive. Longer lifetime of motor insulation with reduction of du/dt and noise reduction. Motors can be operated over long supply lines, in most cases a screened cable is not necessary, better EMC data.

Customer’s demand
|
|
Our customer needs the cable outlet to go through the bottom of the housing. The minimal bending radius of the cable has to be considered. Furthermore the roof of the housing may not protrude too far over the edges to avoid that the sine wave filter becomes too large and can’t be mounted.

Solution
|
|
We solved this problem with an IP 23 housing with special design. The roof is made according to customer specification to redeem the requirements to size. The housing was also placed a bit higher to make the cable outlets through the bottom of the housing possible.
