For the 100% testing, we have 2 fully automatic transformer-test-systems and one automatic inductor test system.
- high-voltage with source and sense reference cable
- current, e.g. primary current, voltage primary and secondary insulation-measuring, winding-resistance
- protective-wire test, phase position
- interturn short cirquit test
- automatic contact with air pressure
- inductance, measured with a Wayne-Kerr test applicance
- documentation of all test-results with date, time and number in the PC
