line reactor, PFC reactor and armature-circuit-choke
|
|
description
|
|
The dimension is determined from the energy E=0,5 x L x I². The values are for few temperature and few hum noise. At forced cooling there is less dimension possible. If there is only
few overheating of the choke allowed, the dimenstions must get larger.
reactors for three-phase loads and electronic appliances with following advantages
use as line reactor
- attenuation of current harmonics
- limitting of starting current
- realization of short-circuit voltage of 4% to line
use as PFC reactor
- reduction of current harmonics
use as armature-circuit-choke
- reduction of ripple harmonics in the electric motor and increasement of the efficiency with one phase operation
- reduction of the current alteration noise
- increasment of the total inductance of the motor circuit of DC motors with low inductance
